Silver Stadium Review

Write for us

We welcome thoughtful pitches about stadium design and the culture of sporting grounds. A good contribution gives readers a fresh way to understand a place, a custom or a design choice without relying on match results or specialist access.

What we welcome

We consider pitches on architecture, matchday routines, crowd experience, venue spaces and the objects or customs through which grounds are remembered. Useful forms include clear explainers, comparisons, historical context and close observations that help a general reader see familiar places differently.

What makes a strong pitch

Tell us the central question, why it matters to readers and what makes your angle distinct. Include a brief outline of the proposed piece, the material you expect to draw on and any relevant experience you would like us to consider. Keep claims proportionate and flag uncertainties, access limits or potential conflicts of interest.

How to send it

Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Please pitch the idea before sending a complete draft. We cannot promise acceptance or a particular response time, and a pitch should not depend on invented access, unsupported claims or permission we have not established.
